Changing the narrative around NEURODIVERSITY

NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION DEDICATED TO NEURODIVERSITY AWARENESS

Building Neuroinclusive Communities

Different minds don’t need to fit in. They need to be understood.

At MySENFamily, we believe real inclusion begins with understanding how different minds think, learn, feel and experience the world.

We turn neurodiversity awareness into practical understanding, helping families, educators, organisations and sports communities recognise differences, support individual strengths and

create environments where people can truly thrive.

Through workshops, masterclasses, practical resources and research, we make neurodiversity easier to understand and inclusion easier to put into practice.

Because understanding different minds can change the way

we teach, parent, work, coach and connect.

Understanding Different Minds Starts Here

Every brain works differently.

Neurodiversity is the word we use to describe those natural differences.

It includes different ways of thinking, learning, focusing, communicating and experiencing the world, including profiles such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia.

Neurodiversity reminds us that there is no single “right” way for a brain to work.

Different brains process the world differently  and understanding those differences changes the way we see people.

POTENTIALLY HIGHER

Current evidence suggests that approximately 15–25% may be a reasonable working estimate for neurodivergent traits within competitive and professional sport

be Neurodivergent

HOW MANY ELITE ATHLETES ARE NEURODIVERGENT?

We still don't know and that's the opportunity.

Neurodivergence may be far more present in competitive sport than we currently recognise

Why we do it?

01

Families deserve answers, not confusion.

02

Communities deserve tools, not guesswork.

03

Access to support is still limited by financial and awarness barriers.

04

Information can change the lives of children and adults who have long searched for answers.
