Neurodiversity is already present
in every team.
The question is: do we understand it?
CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
for Teams, Colleagues & Managers
What if many of the differences we see at work are not weaknesses…
but misunderstood neurodiversity?

Most adults have never been diagnosed, yet they think, process information and communicate in fundamentally different ways.

Many workplaces are still not designed to reflect this reality → Teams collaborate without a real understanding of how different minds work.

Undiagnosed Adults workshops empower organisations make the invisible visible by:
-
Recognise how neurodivergent traits show up in everyday work
-
Understand different thinking, communication and decision-making styles
-
Reframe differences as strengths, not limitations
-
Strengthen collaboration, team dynamics and leadership
-
Create more adaptive, inclusive and high-performing environments

Neurodiversity is already present at home. The question is: do we understand it?
FAMILY WORKSHOPS
for Families, Parents & Carriers
What if the key to harmony at home is not changing your child but understanding how their brain works... and maybe yours too?

Every child is different. They think, feel and respond to the world in unique ways, often misunderstood in everyday family life.
Today, many families navigate these differences without the tools to truly understand them. → Parenting is driven by love, but not always by clarity.

Neurodiversity at Home workshops help families make these differences visible and actionable. Through a conscious and transformative approach we help to:
-
Understand different cognitive and emotional profiles in children
-
Recognise how neurodivergent traits show up at home
-
Discover that many parents may also be neurodivergent — often without knowing it
-
Improve communication and reduce daily friction
-
Apply simple, practical tools that create meaningful changes in everyday family life
-
Support emotional regulation, connection and development
In many homes, understanding a child also means understanding the parent.

Neurodiversity is not a limitation.
It is a source of performance still unseen.
SPORT WORKSHOPS
for Athletes, Coaches & Sports Communities
What if the greatest talent in an athlete is exactly what we cannot see today?

Across all levels of sport, 20–30% of athletes show neurodivergent traits rising
to 30- 40% at elite level. Yet this potential remains largely invisible, unidentified and undeveloped.
Athletes are often trained using a uniform approach, even though they think, process information and perform in fundamentally different ways.
→ Talent is being managed blindly.

The Hidden Talent workshops help athletes, coaches and sports organisations uncover this invisible advantage.
A new approach to performance enables:
-
Reveal neurodiverse cognitive profiles early
-
Understand how each brain impacts focus, decision-making and performance
-
Reframe neurodiversity as a competitive advantage
-
Enable personalized talent development
-
Support long-term brain health and performance continuity

Neurodiversity is present in every classroom. The question is: are we teaching with it in mind?
EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS
for Teachers, Schools & Educational Institutions
What if the key to better learning is not changing the student but understanding how each brain learns?

Every classroom is diverse. Students think, process information and engage in different ways often without being fully understood.

Education often follows a generalised approach → The same methods are used, yet students learn in different ways

The Conscious Teacher workshops help educators make these differences visible and actionable. Through a conscious and transformative approach we:
-
Identify different learning and cognitive profiles in the classroom
-
Understand how students process information at different ages
-
Adapt teaching strategies to diverse ways of learning
-
Apply simple, practical tips that can create meaningful changes in everyday teaching
-
Improve engagement, participation and progression

The question is: why are we navigating this alone?Let’s start understanding it together...
ME. noPAUSE
Women no Pause Ateliers

We are one of the first generations to experience this stage while still raising young children or guiding adolescents.

At the same time, many of these families are navigating neurodiversity, in their children, or even in themselves, often without knowing it.
And suddenly, everything feels more intense, more complex… and harder to understand.
Today, menopause is still widely misunderstood.

ME.noPAUSE ateliers create space to make this experience visible, understood and supported.

Through a simple and human approach, we:
-
Understand the physical, emotional and cognitive changes of menopause
-
Explore how neurodiversity influences this stage of life
-
Recognise the challenges of parenting during this transition
-
Share experiences in a safe, open and judgment-free space
-
Apply simple, practical tools to navigate daily life with more clarity and ease
