MySENFamily is a Swiss non-profit association established under Swiss law. Our mission is to promote neurodiversity awareness, inclusion, education, wellbeing and community support initiatives.

Unless expressly stated, donations do not purchase products, memberships, services or guaranteed benefits.

Donations may be processed through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe or similar services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

5.4 Refunds

As donations are voluntary, refunds are generally not available.

However, refund requests may be considered in cases of:

  • duplicate transactions

  • payment error

  • demonstrable unauthorised transaction
