About the event
Conscious Menopause is a warm and empowering workshop designed to support women through the menopause journey with greater awareness and confidence.
For many women, menopause coincides with balancing family life, supporting neurodivergent children, and managing daily responsibilities, while some may also be beginning to recognise neurodivergent traits in themselves.
Together, we explore nutrition, vitality, emotional wellbeing and practical ways to reconnect with the body during a time of change.
A safe and supportive space to listen, share, and feel understood.
